Evidence is that traditional AAA single player experiences are more likely to appear on switch (some Bethesda).
Also, if it was easier to port and put on a cartridge, if they had the same infrastructure, would be more likely to some of these games to appear, but still not the main reason.

That certainly explains the lack of 3rd parties since N64 and also that Sony SP games are selling a lot on PS4.
