The link shows Ben Shapiro citing studies from multiple Universities including Harvard. Again, it's not the crime committed, but the situation the cop is put in. That is the reason why percentage wise there are blacks being killed more by cops.
Here is Stephen Crowder showing those situations for the most famous cases. In fact, he even calls out vox at the beginning. Like Crowder says, not condemning any of the deaths, but showing the context behind the situation which the left media seems to ignore.
