In the article it says "workers blame long hours, porn and money worries that put them off relationships" and i can understand those as valid reasons for people of working age, but what about teenagers who dont have to worry about time or money? not to mention they have those hormones going crazy as well...

Money worries lead to long hours.  Long hours lead to porn.  The root of the problem is economic.  Their businesses are not thriving like they used to in the 20th century.  This is the result.
