I think it'll be 16 GB of GDDR6, the vast majority of it for gaming, with 2 GB of DDR4 to help out with the OS. This is similar to how they built the Pro, only with 8 GB GDDR5 and 1 GB DDR3, so I see them sticking with that for the PS5.
