It's true the US has very good research around serious diseases as more people in the US need them per capita than most other countries, outcomes with UHC systems in other countries is that more people can afford to see their Doctor regularly which results in better overall prevention and life expectancy, this allows for a greater focus on prevention than late disease outcomes as in the US
