Under what grounds? If the court cannot legally defend its claim of unconstitutionality then they will be impeached by Congress. Checks and balances and all that. No single branch of government is infallible.

There a dozens of arguments that the court can make. If they can get away with Citizens United they can get away with an argument against Medicare for All.

And sorry, without 2/3rds of the Senate any impeachment is going to go nowhere.
