Too early for the announcement IMO. The announcement will cut the sales of PS4 significantly, so they should try to announce it as close to the release date as possible. They surely won't announce it before 2020 if the release date is in late 2020.

Well, after a think about it for a bit, I think you may be right. But I still something related to PS5 will shown at PSX 19, because it lies right on the 25th anniversary of Playstation. Maybe just the brand new game with the Watch_Dogs type reveal.
