Oh sure, if the consumer always looked at things from a business perspective nobody would have any complaints ever. Then we can just abolish consumer protection agencies and let gambling run wild. As long as it makes sense for the companies everything is fine, right?

You might want to look up what the difference between a consumer and a shareholder is and then ask yourself again why consumers complain about things that are inherently bad for consumers.
