This did not work, as you described. Amazon added costs to it, which I thought was nonsense to buy a code..

Defeating the purpose of what I wanted. The PS3 was only there to get it on my Vita.

To also play it on the Vita, you had to log off you EU account and log into the US account (no reformatting the memory card necessary). Then your EU games are temporary locked, but get unlocked after switching accounts again. |
This also did not work as described. The only other way this could be done was by switching memory cards around, which I was not willing to do as it meant buying another expensive memory card. Either way, it does not work. If you could show me a step by step of doing it your way. Cause every other source I checked suggested this reformat method.
