That is a debatable point. The N64 had the most ground breaking titles, and Metacritic wise it is actually tied with the Wii with 2 top ten titles. SM64, Ocarina, MM, GE, PD, DK64, Banjo Kazooie, WCW/NWO Revenge, etc is an impressive list.
