I haven't had anything like that (aside from the previously listed PlayStation Home comment). I do have fond memories of playing Uno on Xbox 360 with the Live Vision Camera. You were pretty much guaranteed to see some crazy stuff. From girls kissing girls to a guy in a KKK hood. It was pretty exciting!
