It's not at all reliable (the paid version might be, but I've only used the free so can only comment on that), but it can work. I used it to download Pokemon Yellow version on my 3DS when I only had a wired connection to my laptop before. If all you want to do is download a game then it should work, will probably require a bit of fiddling and a few attempts, but it should work. Won't be suitable for playing online, but you should get a download through. |
Ha I had just learned about that app while researching on my own, but thanks much for posting anyway in case I hadn't found it. It indeed works! Did a quick test and New Leaf played the same as before. Something more intensive like Smash and Mario Kart it probably wont work for it, but that's no big deal. Just realized Pokemon should also work well so that's a huge plus!
