Well different places may get different hardships... I don't remember PSN down for more than once this whole year.

But yes the OS is being slow for me and PStore takes a life to work, but that for me is more a problem of what KBG wants (more things in the OS) than what I want (it being bare and fast).

I would prefer as little of an OS as possible. The 20 sec cold boot start from the ps4 pro is already kinda long. All I use is start game and the capture gallery, while occasionally checking something in the internet browser which works fine with a quick double tap of the ps button.  Netflix is on the tv nowadays. PS store works pretty fast here. I only use it to check the VR games and add the monthly ps+ games to my library.

I am getting more tempted to buy an X, with 3 FH games. The bundles here suck though. There's a $600 Fallout 76 or Battlefield V or NBA 2K19 or PUBG bundle, no Forza one. $600 standalone as well, $200 more than I paid at launch for ps4, $100 more than at launch for ps4 pro. (Spiderman pro bundle is also still $500) A $499 FH 4 bundle would tempt me yet it seems price cuts for the pro versions are not on the horizon?

Anyway no hurry. Too many other games to play right now. Plus the difference between checkerboard 4K and real 4K is lost on me from the couch. It's just that the X promises to run FH4 at 60fps in 1080p, which would be nice.
