Last week, League of Legends ranked 26th in The PC Gamer Top 100. This week, it rolls out Odyssey—a sci-fi-inspired limited-time event.
As the animated cinematic above shows, players join loose cannon Jinx and the rest of the Morning Star crew "on a sci-fi adventure" meets new PvE game mode. Named Odyssey: Extraction, it's live from tomorrow through Tuesday, September 25 wherein you'll battle natives on a hostile alien planet in your quest to rescue Ziggs from a crash landing.

Square Enix has released a new trailer for Left Alive, the survival shooter set in the Front Mission universe, ahead of TGS. There’s a war, there are mechs, and the rest of the trailer is... well, it’s largely incomprehensible. Slap your eyes on it above.

Destiny 2's next raid, Last Wish, won't arrive until this Friday, but some players have already looted everything in it thanks to a newly discovered exploit.
Reddit user ozberk and their clan found a way to glitch into a section of Last Wish via the Dreaming City, the end-game hub in the Forsaken expansion. After some extensive poking around, they discovered a raid chest which dropped raid-exclusive armor and weapons.

While Valve and Blizzard have complied with Belgium's anti-gambling laws and removed loots boxes from their games in that country, EA isn't being so cooperative. When it comes to FIFA 18, EA is keeping its randomized card packs in the game, and plans the same for FIFA 19 which releases at the end of September.
A Kingdoms of Amalur remaster probably can't happen unless EA agrees
https://www.pcgamer.com/a-kingdoms-of-amalur-remaster-probably-cant-happen-unless-ea-agrees/
Last week, publisher THQ Nordic surprised us when it scooped up the nearly-forgotten intellectual property rights to Kingdoms of Amalur from now-defunct 38 Studios.(...)
But don't get too excited just yet. What THQ Nordic intends to do with their new acquisition remains to be seen, but at least one of those options—any kind of remaster or re-release—will likely require a green light from EA. As THQ Nordic told Eurogamer in an email, "EA still has the publishing rights to Reckoning."

Big Robot’s upcoming procedurally-generated survival romp, The Light Keeps Us Safe, looks like quite the blood-curdling misadventure for anyone who is rightly suspicious of robots and things that lurk in the dark. The Sir, You Are Being Hunted and The Signal From Tölva lot announced the game back in July, along with a teaser, following it up this week with the first gameplay trailer.

https://www.pcgamer.com/heres-the-system-requirements-for-black-ops-4s-battle-royale-mode-beta/
With the PC beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout battle royale mode only a few days away, Treyarch’s released minimum and recommended system requirements. They’re almost the same as they were in the multiplayer beta, not surprisingly, so if you were fine then, you should be all set.
