Because he's got his fingers in his ears. That's a known issue for decades. It's been talked about, still talked about and it relates to inequality.
Also, music is a reflection of society, it doesn't create the society.
If you are willing to watch that video, I can link you several more that refute his points and explain the source problems with all those issues rather than talking about just the symptoms.
