They've aquired some, have some of their own and I guess they outsource the rest.

At this point they have quite a bit of IPs, yet I don't think they have enough resources to work on all of them. Desperados III are announced for 2019 and Darksiders III is set to release in November, those are old IPs I'm looking forward to.

No idea about the money...it is a bit strange they are constantly acquiring studios and IPs left and right - but I guess being AA/A publisher they're very careful about where and how their money is spent, so it seems they have quite a bit leftover.
