(...)two patches have arrived for Scum in the past two days to address various issues. Server controls for admins have also been added, for those hosting their own Scum servers, and server browsers have been improved with filters and searches.

https://www.pcgamer.com/destiny-2-forsaken-is-live-and-cayde-6-is-not/
It's a bad day for Cayde-6, but a good one for Destiny fans, as the long-awaited Destiny 2: Forsaken is now live.
The expansion delivers a grim new tale of space justice, a new multiplayer mode, and most importantly of all, a game that's worth a second chance. There may be some bumps in the early going, as Bungie warned that sign-in queues may occur as a result of heavy demand, but community manager David "DeeJ" Dague said the support team is ready for it.

A squashed World of Warcraft bug rewarded some players with exorbitantly overpowered gear
https://www.pcgamer.com/a-squashed-world-of-warcraft-bug-rewarded-some-players-with-exorbitantly-overpowered-gear/
The first major update to World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth released today, opening up exciting new activities like the Uldir raid, extra-tough Mythic+ dungeons, a new PvP season, and massive 20-player Warfronts. It's an exciting time, but some players are more excited than others thanks to a short-lived bug that gave out some incredibly overpowered gear that would be impossible to earn through normal means. The potential for a serious imbalance in players' power levels is now so great that many are calling on Blizzard to roll back the servers to remove these items from existence.
Update: Embedded below, Blizzare said in a tweet that it will remove "all such unintended rewards" from players who received this gear.

Prison Architect adds 8-person multiplayer mode
https://www.pcgamer.com/prison-architect-adds-8-person-multiplayer-mode/
Prison Architect ranked 68th in this year's PC Gamer Top 100. I reckon it might climb higher still in 2019, because, three years after full release, it's launched a multiplayer mode.
Currently in alpha, the jail sim's multiplayer mode comes with its Update 16 and lets players build prisons alongside seven mates. In public or private games, the alpha offers a restricted version of the base game in order to let the devs "focus on getting the core functionality working."
