Doom Eternal.

Doom 2016 runs at 25fps and falls down to 476p, it's unplayable. Wolfenstein 2 goes down to 360p. It blows my mind how people think the Switch can run any game post 2018 and expect it to be playable. It'll run horribly and won't be fun at all to play.

CoD from PS3/360 were ported to Wii, and we talking about much bigger difrence in any case betwine Wii and PS3/360 compared to Switch and XB1/PS4. You saying it cant run 2016. game and yet 2019. game is coming to Switch (Doom Eternal), also Doom from 2016. if first big 3rd party AAA Switch port so its not ceiling of Switch capabilities.

Switch dont has typical Nintendo demographic, wide variety of different types of games are selling good on Switch.

Every game could be ported on Switch, only question is what cut backs would be, dont forget that CoD games on XB1 runs at 60FPS, on Switch they could run at 30 FPS like Doom and Wolfenstein for instance.

Games like these aren't meant to be played on Switch, it's horrible and is unplayable. It's like saying RDR 2 can run on my phone, maybe it can but would I want to play such a horrible representation of a game on hardware that can barely handle it?

Doom and Wolfenstein didn't sell well on the Switch, that's just false. Definitely not the demographic and plus if these games run so horribly on the Switch, it wouldn't attract any part of the Switch consumer base. They haven't expressed enough interest for it and with how bad games run on the Switch I don't think they ever will.

No, Doom 2016 dont runs at 25 FPS, it runs at 30 FPS, but can go to 25 in same cases. For record, same game on base XB1 runs most of time at 830p and frame rate from 60FPS go down to 40 FPS (Digital Foundry), so actualy we talking about quite demanding game in any case and actualy first Switch AAA port so results were not best. Doom is not horrible and unplayable, especially after patches. CoD dont seems more demanding than Doom Eternal for instance, and Doom Eternal is coming to Switch.

Doom probably sold around 500k with digital sales for now, thats a quite good number for late and full priced port, on still limted install base. There is also reason why Bethesda is also bringing Doom Eternal and this time they aiming to be released in same time with other versions. If its true what you saying, that those games are unplayable and horrible on Switch, that they sold terrible and that they dont attract any part of Switch consumer base, Bethesda wouldn't bringed Doom Eternal also.

Also fact, CoD game were avilible on Wii (PS3/360 ports) and on Wii U also, it not crazy to expect that CoD will come to Switch also eventually especially when difference between Switch and XB1/PS4 is smaller in any case than going from Wii to PS3/360.
