The game might outsell Batman, we don't know anything about its sales numbers yet, so that part can neither be denied or confirmed, altough its hard for any game to sell that much. Also less than half the ppl expected a score above 90, and regardless of that 87 is a great score, its also not far from 90, so no the game wasn't overhyped, ppl expected it to be great, it is great, that is the long and short of it.
