We had several millions of culture budget being given to millionaires artists of left wing to do their shows to no audience, but insufficient money (which was also improperly used) gave to this and several other museums. To make things worse the museum itself didn't generate enough revenue to pay itself. This is just another example of how bad government involvement in anything in Brazil usually leads to disgrace.
