Tolerance does not include intolerance. The same as the freedom to live does not include the freedom to get killed. Absolute tolerance and absolute freedom work as great as as an absolute free market.
You gotta have rules, man.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
