Orphan of Kos just tops everything imo. It's opening cutscene is extremely gross, he is bizarre, the lore behind him is amazing, he's the cultimation of the game's story, has an incredibly disturbing design, a great (and unpredictable) fighting pattern and is hard as it gets. It will be hard for any game to top Bloodborne's boss this generation imo.
