It's going to take a bit more to convince me to get it with how they behaved. I understand people were apparently being obnoxious, but all I saw was how the official Twitter acted. They never apologized for it and just deleted all the tweets to sweep it under the rug. Kind of scummy. I try to separate politics from business, especially with small groups like this, but a simple "Sorry, we were pressured by rude people and acted on impulse" would suffice.
