What is exactly the scenario here?
Do you want sound from one application be heard on TV but not on the speakers? To you want to have different applications be either locked to PC speakers or TV? Do you just want a specific application sometimes play on TV and sometimes on the speakers?
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
