It is impossible yet to have a phone that can play anything above PS1 games. Especially PS3 and 4 is out of the question.

No, man. Not because they will listen to me. CPU architecture dictates these confines, not I. There is physically no hardware now that can recreate the performance requirements of PS4 in a mobile factor. 

 

Furthermore, gaming phones never caught anywhere. Name one successful gaming phone, ever. They are a niche product and cannot receive the kind of exclusive, dedicated and specialist third party support that is required to make them viable.

 

Who will develop a bespoke game for a mobile knowing they won't be able to port it to the wider mobile community? 

 

By all means Sony could try another handheld at some point. But a gaming phone is out of the question unless they can figure out how to keep it enticing price-wise and supported.
