The thing here is, after Xbox One X and its focus on power, I doubt MS will ever try to be behind Sony in terms of technology, so I just can't see them using previous gen AMD GPU when Sony uses brand new.

The rumour has it that they develop it specifically for the needs of PS5. Doesn't mean it can't be used later in desktops.
