What facts exactly are saying that Switch is 8th gen?
You mean facts like that Wii U is 8th gen console, and that Switch is launched 4.5 years after Switch, that Switch has totally different hardware/tech/architecture/concept than Wii U, that differences going from Wii U to Switch are much bigger in any case than going from GC to Wii that are also difrent gens!? Those facts clearly suggesting that Wii U and Switch cant be same generation.
