With E3 coming around the corner I am hoping for some big news for both the PS3 and Xbox 360. I do not own a Wii and as such, this will not relate to it at all. I recently read IGN’s top 10 Microsoft E3 predictions http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/882/882676p1.html and felt I should do my own for the Xbox 360. (PS3 to follow when IGN releases the PS3 article)
1. Epic, Team Ninja, Sega
Several rumours have swirled around the net stating that MS will buyout Epic Games and buyout Sega. Personally, I don’t really care all that much as long as these firms continue to make content for the 360. However, I would like to see MS take Team Ninja as a first party studio as many have left Tecmo. I think this would help them in Japan and also allow MS to use some of its other teams to work with them for other factors of their games such as story.
2. Halo Chronicles, Halo Wars, Halo the Forerunner
It is only a matter of time until the next Halo game is announced. I haven’t heard much about this game (Halo Chronicles) as of yet so I would like to get some details about it moving forward. I also heard about a second Halo game known as the forerunner or something of that nature. Being a Halo fan, I would love to see some info on the next batch of games.
3. Perfect Dark 2, Goldeneye 007
Back when I was younger I use to play Goldeneye for hours on end. I would love to see this come out on XBLA or a full remake. I have also heard many rumours of the next PD game. I imagine that this will be a 09 release and could compete with KZ 2.
4. Bungie’s Next IP
Bungie has gone quiet since Halo 3 but I am expecting some sort of announcement at this year’s E3. I have no idea what they have been working on but I do know that they make great First Person Shooters. I would like to see what they are up to now and hopefully have some in game footage for whatever they are working on.
5. KOTOR 3, Jade Empire 2
Probably in the top 5 games for the original Xbox, are these even in full swing? Are they going to be exclusive? Do they even exist? Who knows, but if they do come out I am a buyer 100%.
6. Xbox Live
Premier online gaming service is to get some sort of BIG update, I would like to no what it encompasses. I don’t care for avatars or things of that nature, I am looking for items that will enhance online play further and take it to a new level.
7. X-Mote & Peripherals
Now I really do not care all that much about this unless it has some solid integration with some games. For example, Halo Wars using the X-Mote or something that is for mature gamers that can make use of the technology. I also am hoping for some other hardware apps that would enhance the gameplay for mature type games.
8. Price Drop
I expect a significant price drop for the 360. I also expect them to announce a Gears 2 bundle at this time. I think this will boost sales significantly.
9. Capcom Secret Xbox 360 Game?

I heard about this a while back. I am curious to see what it is and if it is indeed a big exlcusive game. Megaman? Dino Crisis? Who knows!
10. GTA 4 Exclusive Content
What is it? Will it be as big as many people predicted following the release of GTA4.
