a generation, is a "group" something belongs to.
Would you group the NS with the PS4/XB1? since its selling alongsides them?
Or the PS5/XB2 (which arnt out for another 2 years?)
Face it, it belongs to the same generation of consoles as the PS4 & XB1 = 8th gen.
