Nintendo had great timing and sold their share high. People had already begun to leave Rare, despite the Stampers still being there. I never thought it was fair to blame Microsoft entirely for the perceived drop off.
They had a great run, and I'll always love that golden age of theirs from the mid 90's-early 2000's.
