Doesnt require education to know that you dont go telling strangers how to conduct their business. it's common sense. Even if SA was executing everyone one by one, its none of Canadas business. Canada can worry about its own backyard. SA is none of its concern.

Also doesn't require much intelligence to google and see what was actually going on and why canada felt the need to get involved. 

It also only takes the smallest hint of compassion to realize that violating human rights and treating women like they aren't real people means that you're in the wrong and something should be done about that. 

It also only takes a sliver of maturity to see that Saudi Arabia's response to 'hey, maybe you should stop being so sexist and stop violating human rights' was wholly blown out of proportion and akin to a tantrum thrown by a 5 year old when their parents tell them to eat their broccoli...
