Afaik Mac Book Pros are assembled in the US (not sure if all for the US-market are), but it's components obviously are largely sourced from China, many of which will be subject to tariffs. It's a high-margin product and tariff impact (on costs to produce a unit) might be at 10-15% overall, so Apple probably has the option to eat the tariff costs and suffer a bit of a reduction in margins, but it's unlikely they will, hence I'd expect a (percentually) moderate increase in price of new units of max 10%.
In refurbished units only some key components need to be replaced, so the tariff impact should be even less on these, yet a price hike of new ones will certainly also affect the demand/price of refurbished ones, prices of these units should see a small increase.
