@libellule: The games you mentioned are not even on my list, White Knight Story would be for me the first real wanted game as I adore Level 5. And I would scream fire when Star Ocean IV will be announced on the PS3, but so far... that's it really... These two games are my most anticipated.
And indeed, I've never played DVD's on the PS2, only my mom 2 or 3 times to see a concert of a famous Dutch singer, because she didn't have a DVD player at that time. It we're the only 3 times then when my European PS2 was lifted out from out of the box. Since my JP PS2 which I've bought 4 years ago I hardly ever touched it ever since :D. She got my DVD Recorder now, as I hardly ever use it. Buying DVD's and even Blu Ray are to me total waste of money... except a few comedies.
And... does people know that the Playstation Network might not be entirely free anymore in the future? Nothing concrete and something which won't happen very soon, but read on a Dutch website that Sony is planning to charge for the online service somewhere in the future. Here in English:
