Was PAL region just 18 FPS? I've always thought the game was 20 FPS, but maybe I've been hearing a rounded number. I'm aware that games like Goldeneye run on a lower framerate on PAL versions.
And nowadays are all regions on 60 FPS now (or 59.88 or whatever it is?).
