Well, PS+ have been higher every Q. Sure it could be 3 months on Holiday, but still is the first drop. But I think on Q4 we shall be over 40M PS+

Well, it's also the first Xmas we had a $199 PS4.  Probably a bunch of budget conscious people jumping onto the PS4.  And I agree, I see it going back up to 40M+.
