Yeah, I did come close once or twice wearing a partially upgraded Niflheim set (one time I had her health below 5% when I died so I was pretty pissed), but it's definitely hard since you're under her level unless you fully upgrade the set to reach the same level as her. The main problem with that boss is that all of her attacks are randomized, if there was a set order for her attacks it would be so much easier because you'd have more time to react and either block, dodge, or hit her with a ranged attack while she is charging depending on what attack she is using. Her attacks were randomized..... but they pretty much all had counters or moves you could do to stop them. The issue with playing it that way though is that you really can't afford to get it wrong or miss your window. So you either preempt or run.
