They wheren't socialists. They put socialists in concentration camps and their main enemies where the communist. Also as soon as Hitler rose to power he abolished all labor unions and ordered a wage freeze not something a true socialist would do. That fact is that the Nazi's where totalitarian fascist and the Thrid Reich was a fascists dictatorship. Anything that was socialist during the Third Reich wasn't implemented by the Nazi's but already there before the came to power. Universal health care for example began in Germany in the late 1880. That pre dates the founding of the Nazi Party by over 20 years. |
can you rationally explain how socialism is incompatible with totalitarianism or fascism?
if you cede power to a central body and that body becomes corrupt how does that not become totalitarianism or fascism?
you keep making these arguments and its kind of shocking how you never seem to progress to a better understanding of what you are talking about
you also neglected to mention that the vast majority of hitler's policies were socialist policies: healthcare for all, state funded education, extensive child care services etc etc etc
" They put socialists in concentration camps"
and so what? if a republican goes to jail while trump is president then he's not a republican?
"he abolished all labor unions"
i'll give you that
" and ordered a wage freeze not something a true socialist would do."
uh what? you do understand that wages are influenced by the economy right? and not political affiliation? i mean you can't pull money from up your butt and pay people with it... it obviously needs to come from production...
"Universal health care for example began in Germany in the late 1880."
and yet the nazis who supposedly were not socialists and would be opposed to it did not take it away? and you think this makes sense?
" Anything that was socialist during the Third Reich wasn't implemented by the Nazi's"
furthermore this is a lie... point to any other examples besides healthcare
and regardless ------> "and yet the nazis who supposedly were not socialists and would be opposed to it did not take it away? and you think this makes sense?"
