1. Obtain 1 live blackcod
2. Snap its vertabre at the head. (most humane way to kill it)
3. Take a sharp knife and slice the underside of the fish from tail to gills.
4. Turn knife sideways and scrape out guts.
5. Chop off its head
6. Open the fish up and lay it flat
7. Rip out all the vertabre
8. Wrap fish in tinfoil and add 1/2cup of water
9. Wrap it completly in tinfoil ensuring no leaks
10. bake in oven at 400 farenheit for 45 minutes
