All digital pretty much since the start of the gen (PS4) and even on Vita (easily over 200 games across both consoles). The only exceptions were Bloodborne (which I ended up buying digital as well) and MGS5. I even changed my Shenmue 3 kickstarter copy from physical to digital :)
For Switch I have Zelda in physical format, but the other 5 or so games were all digital.
