America is a fake developed nation. You only have access to the best care in the world if you're born into the 1%.
For everyone else, it's hope to get a good job that help you make ends meet, if not, for you, it's worlds most famous 3rd world country. Notice how in the US, there's a staggering increase of working people that literally have to live on the streets.
