There's plenty of videos over on youtube showing off TPH gameplay.

When I meant the original I meant Theme Hospital, the game which TPH is based around. 

 

I tried to watch that walkthrough video but I had to quit because I could no longer stand how bad was that guy playing. He gets me on my nerves!
