To be completely fair to the developer of ROM, this actually was a pretty good PR move considering that:
(1) People who voted for Trump generally aren't fond of the subject matter of the game
(2) The people who would buy the game probably would hate Trump anyway, so the dev gains brownie points for that audience.

That said, I wasn't interested in the game in the first place, and I'm still not interested after reading that.
