You might want to wait until some site does a round up of the different manufacturers take on the 4850. Generally they'll all be around the same performance, but some have different heatsinks and fans, so they'll run quieter or offer better overclocking. But if you really get into that sort of thing then you'll want to check out extremsystems, or any other site where people will dissect the cards and discover the differences in RAM manufacturers and capacitor type.

But for the most part it really comes down to warranty and pack-ins. I don't know a whole lot about the typical ATI manufacturers, so I can't speak of their warranties and support that much. But I do know that MSI should be avoided and Asus is generally decent.
