What about any of the Far Cry games? I'm only mentioning them because Duncan Botwood, a member of the GoldenEye and Perfect Dark dev teams, now works at Ubisoft and worked on Far Cry Primal.

I don't see that so much. When I think of a Rare shooter, I think of a mission-based, mostly-linear shooter with extensive local multiplayer options.
