What you see is pretty much the whole context she's deleted prior tweets and just tried to bring up unrelated incidents and sexism to defend her actions, read the tweets in the image in the OP as she posted a tweet about story telling in development and the streamer's reply as she's retweeted to attack him is shown, she literally went into a rage over nothing the was no insult or hostility from the streamer.
