Why so?
Ignoring the fact that the vast majority of PC's have a CPU that is significantly superior...
But the Geforce 1060 doesn't have a crossbar mismatch. I think it's roughly inline/slightly ahead of the Xbox One X's capabilities outside of FP compute tasks.
