The original Final Fantasy rescued Squaresoft from the brink of bankruptcy.
Final Fantasy VII took them from having a niche audience in the west, to being a household name.
Mass Effect Andromeda marked the end of Bioware's excellence in my eyes. Still surprised that Anthem gets any hype at all. But oh well. People still got hyped for Destiny 2, after Destiny 1 ruined Bungies reputation.
