I hope that is the case. But in that regard, did RE2 have one? I don't recall seeing one, but I'm not a big RE fan, so wasn't really looking.

 

Either way, seeing Anthem as best PC game makes me see this list as shit.

The link to the eligibility rules are in the OP. The rules state as follows:

"To be eligible for nomination, games must be "hands-on playable" to voting publications for at least 5 minutes of gameplay during E3 2018."
