After today, we can confirm this won’t happen. Since Uruguay is already there and there’s a match between Brazil and Mexico, we’ll have 6/8 European teams at the quarterfinals in the best case scenario. However, my prediction is 5/8 for Europe and 3/8 for South America, which is a pretty good ratio.
