That's too hard. South America already had 4/5 out of the group stages, best of any confederation. and already a win in my view. It's up for the big teams(Brazil, Argentina and to a lesser extent Uruguay) to achieve titles. Imo, I don't think Conmebol has given a bad image in the last world cups in spite of neither Argentina or Brazil winning it.
